Our ski and snowboard lessons in Borovets are based on the developing methods of teaching. They include variable exercises and drills in order to master every next step of your progress. You can see what to expect in our tuition in the different ability levels.
BEGINNER LEVEL
– snow plough and snow plough turn
– stem turn (transitional technique form snow plough to parallel ski)
– side slip (controlled used of the edges)
– parallel turn ( skis are matched )
– J turns (single turns)
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
– mastering parallel turn with different radius (improving technique)
– short turns (tight, quick turns)
– carving turn with high unweighting (short, medium and long)
ADVANCED LEVEL
– introducing technique to ski variable terrain (bumps, moguls, deep snow)
– mastering retraction turns and deep snow technique
– dynamic carving ( athletic, high performance carving)
